The century old Lakshmipuram Government School is a heritage building in Myosre

The century old Lakshmipuram Government School is a heritage building in Myosre. Though its alumnus included many eminant personalities like the legendery cartoonist R.K. Laxman , the school was closed down recently for the want of students. This building is now considered for the newly formed Gangubai Hangal Music and Performing Arts University. This is located in Lakshmipuram on the JLB Road near the RTO circle.
